LETTER WRITING

We have been very busy in Writing Workshop... after we finished our How To books, we moved on to LETTER WRITING... We learned about the five parts of a letter, and brainstormed all the different types of letters we can write..

Friendly Letters
Thank You Letters
Persuasive Letters
Invitations


We spent time practicing writing many different kinds of letters, and then each child was able to choose the letter they wanted to publish.. After the class published, each child wrote one final letter to Morah Rivka Dahan.. We put them in the school mailbox, and I hand delivered it to her office ... She will be writing back to us soon...
