Celebrating Thanksgiving by Making Tepee's and Turkey's Out of Sugar Cones

In Social Studies we spent a lot of time learning about the Native American way of life. We wanted to do something fun for Thanksgiving, that was closely related to what we were learning about. What better way to create something than using non other than food and our hands... We got some sugar cones, sprinkles, cookies, candy corn and created ! What did we create ? Well the kids had a great time making Tepee's and Turkey's.
